quick thing guys with the beam shafts after time they knock as we all no but!!!!!! what if you could help stop this in some way??? i was thinking in the middle of the shaft if you use something like a rubber bush (or electrical tape 
) to become the same or similar width of the tube when the shafts are inserted this would in theory help or stop the shafts moiving around when in place 
think this would work? i mite give it ago
