As Kev said, really this is something to avoid using! Am I right in thinking some '6s have oil temperature gauges where the oil pressure gauge (as I have on my phase 1) would otherwise be?
If you don't have an oil temp gauge, just waiting until the coolant is up to temperature isn't enough - if you let the engine get hot enough for the fans to kick in (i.e. not only is the coolant in the engine itself hot, but the entire cooling system is too) then you're getting there, but even then I'd keep going a little bit to make sure the oil is nice and hot before draining it.
With the flush stuff, you can never guarantee that all of the oil thinner will drain out of the engine, so when you fill it back up your fresh oil is compromised right from the start.
