Tools needs:-
Torx 40 bit
13mm bit
10mm bit if also removing the carpet in the rear
Firstly, I would start with the rear seats although these are very simple to remove.
Firstly pull the seat squab upwards using the tab attached to the rear of the seat.
Once these are pulled up you will see these are hinged losely, just pull up and out. If removing the carpet as part of stripping for a track slag you will need to remove the 4 hinges with 10mm bolts holding them onto the vehicle.
Next fold down the rear seats using the release buttons on the top of the seat.
This exposes the fixing points into the chasis these are 13mm bolts.
Once the rear is removed it is time to move on to the fronts.
To remove these the outer runners of the seats are mounted to the side of the car and the inner runners on the floor pan.
Firstly push the seat fully forward to expose the two bolts within the runners.

Floor mounted one:-
Once these have been removed, slide the seat fully back to expose the remaining two bolts.

Please note that on the drivers site the bolt is not exposed as the seat cowling covers the bolt.
However a rachet fits under the cowling with a bit of gentle persuasion.
Now the seat is fully unbolted you can roll the seat back and can then unclip all the connectors and remove the seats.
Also note as late PBS/Phase 3, side airbag seats there is an additional connector, eitherway disconnect all these on your model.
If replacing then obviously fitting is the reverse of removal.
Not rockect science but still handy to have a FAQ.
Disclaimer any damage caused is not liable to myself. The vehicle this was undertaken in had the battery disconnected at the time as the drivers airbag was being removed.
