Using it more often would cure this. On a serious note, I would have thought lubing it would probably improve it. ________________________________________ You feed beefburgers to swans. I may have been speeding Mr Policeman but [a] I live for the 306 and [b] did you see that dog? omfg |

Take the cable off the butterfly, hold it vertical and tip a load of 3n1 oil down its neck - don't use the aerosol it goes everywhere and doesn't cure it - then just work the cable in and out while tipping more oil in (will make a small mess ) and you'll feel it free off.________________________________________ Cad Monkey will work for chocolate biscuits....I'm not kidding |

I just sprayed underneath the butterfly with DW40. Worked a treat, I nearly put my foot through the floor when I got back in. ________________________________________ Wedding and portrait photography click here |

after a 'search' i found this thread my loud pedal was either on or off and no inbetween so this morning i disconnected the cable and hung it from the open bonnet, while i let some 3in1 run down the cable. after a while i eased the cable back and too in it's outer sleeve, and re-connected my 6 drives like a different car THANKYOU ________________________________________ FRESHLY RE-FURBISHED GTI BEAMSFITTING AND LOWERING AVAILABLE.
