yeah there isnt a tensioner on there yet.

sandy's doing the cam timing anyway when he maps it so theres no point messing about with it.

75W80, it'll give a far nicer shift than Axle oil LOL

Total/Shell/Esso and valvoline to PSA specific stuff.

Agreed 75/80 would be much better in Pug gearboxes, will give a much nicer gearchange!

excuse my ignorance but why put a gti 6 head on a mi 16 bottom end , is it better than the mi 16 head ? or are there other reasons

i'm sure Ash can fill us in on the exact details, but basically the gti6 head is a more modern design with great potential, coupled with the light Alloy Mi16 bottom end you get a sweet handling pug.

rear arches still in primer atm though

on way to the farm


up on the ramp, makes life so much easier being able to get under it





bulkhead clearance



exhaust fitted

no tyres on them, they require spacing and i had to use a stud conversion to make them fit as i couldnt find bolts long enough to go through the rim and spacer.
