M5 engine came up cheap.M5 engine sat in workshop. M5 engine looked like it might fit. M5 engine shoehorned in. M5-sized headaches getting the ancillaries to fit.... Shoulda stuck with the supercharged 3.5 V6 perhaps (was in PPC on the rollers a few months back in an autocrosser if you saw it), but ah well...  I don't think it's really going to need much in the way of boost, I think wheelspin in every forward gear will be the order of the day, but it's nice to have the option! ________________________________________ - Bespoke rollcages/additions/adjustments. Half cages right up to complete custom spaceframes - MSA/FIA spec, CDS, ROPT, T45, etc - PM meEmail me! Custom-made polybushes available - need an odd size or fitment? - anything from batch work to one-off pieces. |
