nice project,

i assume its had a lot of head work? cams??

214bhp, i'd love that, i only got 170'ish from my std engine in my 205

that a 205 MC??
have you altered the servo at all, as you seem to have fitted it wih std mounts

i see you also altered the bulkhead..lol good call

The head was heavily skimmed, piper 270 cams, and inlet and exhaust ports smoothed out, jenvey/longmann inlet maifold also ported smooth. Bosch 803 cosworth injectors. Longmann oversize shells and rings used.

The Master cylinder is a 406 2.0 23.5mm one. This was used so the pedal travel was better when using the gti6 calipers. the engine is on standard group A mounts and the servo hasnt been re-angled, its in its standard position. No timing belt covers though so thats whay theres a little more clearance.

I prefer not to mess with the exhaust manifold as its such a good desing. Ive seen a few people using a shorter top engine mount which lowers the engine down a bit and makes the exhaust manifold fit without doing the bulkhead mod, but the sump is already quite low in a 205 and speedramps where i live are killers! alloy sump and speed ramps dont go together well LOL

Certainly tidy Cool
Have to have a nosey around it if it's coming to the next meet?
