As you can see we have a little problem - 13 people want flywheels, although only 10 are being made Sad

It will be a first come, first severed basis - so whoever pays first gets one.

Another batch can be made afterwards - so there will be another opportunity to get one - although this would be 4-6 weeks down the line.

Smile

Hi mate,

Hopefully they will finish the machining towards the end of this week - for delivery early next week.

I'll give them a call to find out how they are doing later, and see if any can go out perhaps at the end of this week..

It's a good days work DIY - book time is 7,5 hours.

Ideal time to change is when you need a clutch, as g/box obviously has to come off etc

they are top notch, i have one and the improvment is pretty noticable, cant wait to get the alloy crank pulley on, they are meant to compliment eachother very well!

I see you are local to me - i'll see if I can get you a good quote from Lynx.

As said book time is 7.5 hours - and obviously the hourly rate varies from place to place.

It's also worth budgeting £150 odd for clutch and cable, if yours has never been replaced that is.

it a false economy not changing the clutch when you do it

If you have had a new clutch fitted then you will be fine. The point they are making is that changing the flywheel isn't an easy job.

Its more of a "while your there, might as well replace the clutch" Thumbs up
