If so can I order them - how do you want paying? Quick question about the starter motor, can you use the standard one or do you need a different model (seem to remember this being mentioned sometime ago, but can't remember now) Stuart ________________________________________ Peugeot 306 Gti-6 Track car (soon to be supercharged)Project page Blog |

Chaps,Unfortunately the supplier for these flywheels have increased their prices, due increased material and engineering costs. With immediate effect, the revised cost is £258 delivered i.e. an £18 price increase Please note, this is still substantially cheaper than Demon Tweeks who sell the same product for £340 delivered!! Can you hold one for me for the next few weeks please. Will definately have one as engine is being put back together.Does your flywheel come with the bolts to hold the pressure plate on? ________________________________________ 205 GTI6- Rebuilt engine, lightened flywheel, lightened pulley, 307 hdi brakes, Koni struts on gravel spec springs, 22mm TB's, 24mm ARB, Roll cage, Citreon ZX rear dampers, SL434's, Xsara box, Quickrack, Pipercross enclosed induction kit.Private work, not a prob |

Yes they do Paul but you will need to drill the pressure plate holes bigger to 8mm so they fit. I used a hoover to suck up the shreds when drilling etc. Dont file them else they wont be a very tight fitting.________________________________________ Pug fee`ver,Pick a Bogey, buy a Pug. It's a lot more likely to go on easy without crossed threads if you drill at say 8.2mm and put a nice chamfer on the holes with a countersink. ________________________________________ R H Davey Welding Supplies. We got away with filing a mates one before mate.Didn't touch dowel holes just bolt holes. As Davey boy says the dowels do the location not the bolts. Reason I ask about the pressure plate bolts is because a mate on here, his lightened flywheel did not come with these and I don't have the time to be arsing around trying to get some ________________________________________ 205 GTI6- Rebuilt engine, lightened flywheel, lightened pulley, 307 hdi brakes, Koni struts on gravel spec springs, 22mm TB's, 24mm ARB, Roll cage, Citreon ZX rear dampers, SL434's, Xsara box, Quickrack, Pipercross enclosed induction kit.Private work, not a prob |

It's a lot more likely to go on easy without crossed threads if you drill at say 8.2mm and put a nice chamfer on the holes with a countersink. It never had any countersunk holes originally and i drilled mine 8mm and they fitted perfectly, any larger and there could be movement on the pressure plate. I had trouble trying to locate the plate onto the dowels, it was very stiff. Because of this all the bolts had to be screwed in till the plate was on the surface all the way round equally. Once this is done i then used thread lock and torqued them all up in a triangle fashion. My clutch is the mi16 Helix race clutch type. ________________________________________ Pug fee`ver,Pick a Bogey, buy a Pug. Black 306 GTI 6 Standard, was 60k mileage, bargain!!
