As teh topic, has anyone Had problems with Koni's?, Reason I ask is that Koni say they have had problems and won't warrant them if fitted on a GTi6, But for some reason the S16 etc are fine

Miles,

You have done some work on my old diablo 306GTi6 which has the full Konu Sport suspension kit on it and after 65k miles they were still damping fine. However, make sure that they come with Vogtland springs because some suppliers give a cheaper spring causing disharmony.

By the way that clanking sound from my front right suspension happened to be the pinch bolt of the O/S Front shock which had come a little loose. It was the cause of a lot of the movement in the front suspension.

By the way can you supply Bilstein Sport shocks on the GTi-6. If you can, how much?

I always tend to use Eibach springs, not the cheapest but best quality (So far)
I can supply the Bilstein Kit, I'll drop you a PM

what is wrong with spax suspension for the gti-6...my nextdoor neighbour is a manager for spax and he asked if i wanted some extremely cheap suspension parts for my car?

Dont know whether i should though as i thought it might raise my insurance too much...

Most of the low-midrange manufacturers have that in the disclaimer, although given that road conditions are generally worse for dampers...
