As i was looking for something and couldn't find it on here, i thought i'd sling up the torque settings from Autodata for you lot.

Bearings
Stage 1 = 26lb ft
Stage 2 = 52lb ft

Oil Pump + Sump Bolts
= 15lb ft

Sump Drain Bolt
= 26lb ft

Flywheel
= 37lb ft

Flywheel to clutch
= 15lb ft

Crank Pulley
= 89lb ft

Camshaft Cap + Rocker Cover
= 8lb ft

Inlet Manifold
= 15lb ft

Exhaust Manifold + Oil Pressure Switch
= 26lb ft

Front Hub, M20, > VIN 808980
= 196 lb ft

Front Hub, M20, VIN 808980 >
= 181lb ft

Front Hub, M24
= 237lb ft

Rear Hub
= 141lb ft

Track Rod End
= 26lb ft

Caliper to Carrier
= 22lb ft

Carrier to Hub
Front = 81lb ft, Rear = 98lb ft

ABS Sensor
= 7lb ft

Wheel bolts
= 63lb ft REMEMBER THIS ONE!

I don't do the big ends up to those setting's unless I use new std bolt's, It's the same in most new 205 books use that but the early one says around 40lb's ft from memory
