superglue worked for all of 2 days :sim wondering if i should rough up the surface of the bungs a little with some grit paper and try glue again. i have two part epoxy but am reluctant to use it just yet. ________________________________________ the world is changed by people in sheds |

from memory its a 2 part piece, white section goes into the floor under the carpet, the black top hat piece goes in through the lot and secures it.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

poor design indeed....i got a set of 4 brand new 205 ones which are identicle to 306.the black hat is meant to work like a screw/wall plug and expand the white lower, securing it....but yeah poor design. ive roughed up the surface of the white bit with a rasppy file and re superglued... i figure half the problem is my new underlay is foil backed/topped and somewhat slippy.....i might try and spray some tacky rubber type glue over it to make it a bit more grippy. ________________________________________ the world is changed by people in sheds |
