I'm disassembling my rear beam and looking at what parts I might need to rebuild. I can see that some are NLA.

The offset washer which holds one end of each torsion bar (total 2 washers per beam) seems to be 5153 12. I can see that another version of the same washer is 5153 19 but this described as the version for a 205/309/206, from some googling.

Does anyone know if there is any difference between 5153 12 and 5153 19? i.e. are they different sizes?

It's just that 5153 19 seems to be more readily available, which would help...

Correct spec offset washer can still be bought from BBM, along with couple of other bits. I've been doing axles for many years, and keep decent stock of premium and genuine parts.
Whatever you do, don't buy cheap.

Over the years I've sampled all types of bearings and shafts that have either come individually or as part of a kit, and I only stick to certain brands now.

I always buy in bulk to keep stock, as when the time comes and only inferior parts available, that is when I stop offering my axles

Cheers Andy. The only offset washers I can see listed on the BBM site are for the 205. I assume this means that they are interchageable between 205/306 (and 309?).

The same goes for the torsion bar end stop I guess - that's only listed for the 205 as well. Mine are well stuck in and I've already half butchered one trying to get it out.

205 306 and 309 offset washers exactly the same 5153.12. 106 206 different.

I know I have experience of axles for many years and can say the only time I have ever been beaten, is by previous shoddy rebuild with over tightened m8s, which snapped in torsion bars

If 205 and 309 are the same as for 306, is this one correct for a 306? It's 5153 19 apparently.

No! It is the wrong one.

I've had a rebuilt spoox axle sent to me about 6 months ago, which I had to strip down again, and rebuild with decent parts. Imho, stay clear!
