Most likely a question from someone with too much time available, especially now.
Steering rack boots, can you reuse the original Pug clamps, or will cable ties, worm clamps suffice?

Hi Tony,I can't remember what the clips are. I think they are the Clic type so it it would be a good idea to get the proper tool to undo them. I've bought something like these They will undo the clip without damaging them but access might be an issue. I wouldn't use cable ties on the boot. New clips should still be available. The small clip part number is 4068.29 and the larger is 4067.15 |
