Morning all,
New member and owner of a 99 red rallye with 54k on clock in Newcastle.
Need some bodywork done and couple other things but cant wait to get it all done and on the road! will share pics soon.

Welcome,
There's Pugfest in a few months, not particularly north but there will be quite a few gti6 / rallyes there going off previous years. There's also french car show, i can't comment on that as i haven't been for a few years but i think that's usually held at Donington park which once again, isnt too north but close enough.

Hi Reg and welcome along to the forum bud. Wow, 54k - is that genuine?? If so, a very very rare beast you have there! Looking forward to seeing this one. This is a great forum Reg, not the busiest place in the world to be honest but a mine of information and helpful people Thumbs up

Is this the low mileage one linked to that milk float incident?

Must be. Poor Blacklock though, he really suffered.

The thing was shaped like a boomerang! Someone spent some time and money straightening that thing up. Fair play for restoring it.

From what I can see shouldn't take much to get sorted. More bodywork than anything else.
