As above I'm after the following shouldered bolt, number 2 on the diagram. They are no further production from Pug and someone has sheared my one!
Thanks

These stupid things are still available from Pug as well.....for under a tenner!! Meanwhile, major parts and nuts/bolts for practically everything are NFP!!________________________________________ 1999 GTi-6 (china blue)1999 Rallye (black) |

Would no. 70 in the diagram not work if you cut a bit off the end?.....looks to be the same bolt as the elusive no. 2 but a bit longer, and its still available.________________________________________ 1999 GTi-6 (china blue)1999 Rallye (black) |

The no. 2 bolt has a shoulder that locates in the pump bracket, I've measured it up and will get a sleeve made and use a standard m8 cap screw roughly 37mm in length (not sure why pug didn't do this in the first place)But yeah NFP for no. 2 which is 4007 N7. 6913 S9 is the no.70 screw as you've said |

the bolt is shouldered so you can fit one partially, drop it through the slot and it will stay in place whilst you faff with the other 3 bolts, you then do it up and the shoulder fits in the hole nicely.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

I've just sleeved that bolt instead, doesn't make it any harder to install tbh. For reference there's only 3 bolts that hold the power steering pump on, and the sleeve I used was 11.0 OD, clearance on the ID for an M8 Bolt so 8.10ish, and about 15.0ish in length. |
