To confirm, the GTi6 has a 220mm clutch, right?

Fit perfectly, no issues at all. I bought it from Autosessive who list it as a 220mm clutch and for the XU10J4RS engine but in the S16. Clearly wasn't paying attention as they have another clutch kit which is for the RS engine but is listed as for the GTi6 even though it has 5 speed in the name!

Can someone check that standard Peugeot OEM Clutch is 240mm and 20 splines and a light weight flywheel conversion uses 215mm and 18 splines?

no, they are 215mm.


EW10 sometimes has 235mm.

both use the same standard 18 spline BE input shaft spline pattern (same as the MA)
