3 inch ID is common for our off road stuff, try Prolinx or Milners, or the comp safari sites on facebook - there's usually dozens for sale.

Geoff won't 3" give you a bit of clearance grief on the inside of the wheel/tire?

yes its not ideal Sad had to use 15mm spacers when testing with the current 15 inch springs.

hopefully shorter springs will help

Is it because the dampers are fat that you're having to use 3 inch springs or is there the chance you can get to 2.5 inch?

They are pretty meaty!
I got away with changing spring seats, but the diameter of the cases suggests you don't have that option Geoff.
At least you've got the chance to try some

If you actually want to have some new ones made up I use SpringCoil in Sheffield for my 3.0 ID springs - they can do anything from 1 inch long to silly lengths (my last 3 inch springs were ~30 inch in length). They'll also work the lengths out for you if you just give them the travel you need (+extra for adjustment) and rate.
