I'm not sure the FlickR app is optimised for sharing images on forums yet, the web version has the bbcode under the share option on the bottom right, you can choose the thumbnail size there.

no, it'll take a while for them to restrict accounts, also people will be signing up, its not $399, thats only the top level of hosting but either way I would personally do my best to move away from them!

From my cut and paste further up the thread...

"this is how its going to be with photobucket. if you have a free account and your images arent blocked, dont worry, they will be. the ToS is clear that NO 3rd party hosting is allowed with free accounts or even the first 3 tiers of paid hosting."

Then they need to up their game.....photobucket were far from perfect but the mobile app was decent and quick, with easy links, auto copying of link code etc....

The website is one clunky motherfucker but it works I guess.......

I wouldn't rely on that. Always have a local backup. Especially if the hoster took such a step without warning before.

Managed to find a site to help out https://fixphotobucket.com

it will do most of the hard work for you. Worth a try for some of the older threads. Might be worth it, if Admin can do the FAQ pages.
