Are you running a 205 rad there? I am getting the 118mm too so looks pretty tight!

Did you have a fitting for the vacuum hose that sits further down the standard inlet manifold?

No that's on the standard rad. I did get a different custom made rad later on as the bodies were covered up by the rad in standard location. If I were to do it again I'm a 306 I'd go for the 205 set up Like Welshpug.

I did manage to fit a stepped backplate and the narrowest pipercross filter (around 10-15mm clearance from trumpet face) which left around 25mm to the rad

Ignore the yellow paint - that was when I was mocking up what size rad I wanted

And no I had no vacuum off inlet just strait from the pump to the servo (same now on my 205 as well)

Thanks Blandy! Look like they were covered quite a bit but I think I am going to make a scoop up.

Jorg you look like you have so much more space! Love the back powder coated inlet, may have to copy that...did you run 8 injectors?

Thanks Damien. So they are not 118mm in Jorg's picture?

my bodies are 118mm but i have the same trumpets from the link Damien posted. can't remember what size the filter is, will have to look. no clearance issues as you can see and yes it is setup for 8 injectors but i am undecided what to use at the moment.

Thanks Jorg. Ok i think the jenvey trumpets are quite a bit longer, still looks like it should be ok.

I think ill cut the slam panel out and create a scoop

My manifold I have in my 205 is much more the one in Jorgs set up. My one in the pic was around 4years ago odd though as was a satchell inlet as miles did all the work but is much longer than any other I've seen

OK that might make sense then.

WP - I'll see what looks tidy and go with that.

I have a load of other questions for you guys to see where you routed breather hoses etc or what you did with them.

£180 plus vat with an exchange inlet IIRC. around the same as a Jenvey inlet, but better.

I heard you can squeeze it on without moving the PAS with a longer/satchell type inlet
