for what it's worth you can make a pin similar with a bit of tough wire, it's just to stop the slider coming out and launching the brake pad. done that myself before. ECP probably do pad fitting kits but make sure you didn't goose the piston or the disc, but chances are you're fine to just throw some pads in and a slider / kit________________________________________ 306 rallye reproduction decals (full sets/individual decals) | 306 b-pillar textured vinyl weatherstrips306 slam panel esso stickers | 306 yellow / orange / pension fund red side door badges gti6 inlet manifold badges | 306 rear boot badges (p2/p3) winner of Extraction of toys from prams with outstanding vigour award 2009 [source: gti6 owners club] |

Same caliper on clios Could be the pad isn't well made and doesn't fit quite right, allowing the slider and pin to come loose ________________________________________ Nothing to see here |

Usually down to the fitter tbh either the springs don't get put on properly or are bent out of shape so they don't actually press the pads in and they fall out. ________________________________________ Black power baby! Yeh i changed the rear pads and i think the problem was that the pin had worn back and so didnt fit as tightly as it should. Which tbh on my part i should have fitted new ones but oh well lesson learnt lol. But managed to get out on track today and loved it so here comes parts list for next track action lol |
