Does it split into two halves through the connection like a plug type set up or is that whole unit 'as one' and has to be pulled through from the passenger compartment?
Thanks in advance
Jon

I'm 3/4 of the way through pulling the dash out of the 6 and I'm a little stuck with what to do with the bulkhead connection through to the engine bay? Does it split into two halves through the connection like a plug type set up or is that whole unit 'as one' and has to be pulled through from the passenger compartment? Thanks in advance Jon |

Splits in two. From the engine bay you'll see the plug under the wiper motor (which I think you'll need to remove). You need to undo the centre screw, I think there's a cap covering it up, to separate the two parts of the plug________________________________________ Rallye Race Car |

They're a pain in the arse to get apart sometimes, mine was a nightmare. It will eventually go though! I think I used some flathead screw drivers to help prise them apart________________________________________ Rallye Race Car |

Number 1.Give the connector a wobble and as long as you have undone the torx bit in the middle under the cap it should come away... Then you need to undo the 2 6mm nuts one in each corner diagonally apart to undo the internal part of the loom from the bulk head |
