Hi Guys,

Is there an FAQ on how to fit these anywhere? I am trying to work out how hard it is. Have been looking into the Satchshift however that seems a nightmare to fit and people seem to have some problems with them that they then need to solve, so have gone off that idea now.

If anyone know roughly how you fit them that would be super useful, cheers Thumbs up

Very easy to fit. Pop off the old linkages, I use the open end of a 14mm spanner from memory, do one at a time if you're likely to get confused but they only fit one way.

Remove the retaining pin from the new linkages, Small dab of grease in the ball of the new linkages, line them up and apply a small amount of pressure till it seats, re insert the pin and repeat the process for the remaining 2!

Will take you 10 minutes tops unless you drop a pin!!

Great thanks!

Probably a stupid question but how do you access them? Easy to get to?

Satchshift is easy to fit it's just time consuming.
The revised boot has been out for ages now, the only issue I had with mine is that it likes to undo it's self but thread lock sorts that out

I don't recall removing the battery box to do mine, its a slightly fiddly job. The most frustrating thing is trying to line up the pins to put them in, or dropping them as already mentioned.

Not to bad for access if your going to make adjustments id pop the battery box out makes life much easier or put it on ramps and do it from underneath
