I am going over to 17's soon aswell and notice most run 40 profile but wondered if 45 would fit because it would be a more comfortable ride________________________________________ Team SUPERCHARGEDI LIVE FOR THE 306 Old Project thread Clicky: click here remove the space between [url = |

My 207 runs 205 / 45 / 17 205 / 40 / 17 is closer to the 195/55/15 but I guess it's up to you Michelin pilot sport tyres are the best ! |

The standard 195/55/15 has a rolling radius of 615 and a 205/40/17 has a rolling radial of 605 so very close I don't understand why so many people are therefore against 17's because the rolling radius is actually slightly smaller not bigger________________________________________ Team SUPERCHARGEDI LIVE FOR THE 306 Old Project thread Clicky: click here remove the space between [url = |

Cost isn't a lot dearer than 55 profile 15's tbh. A lot dearer than 50 profile. But yes road tyres in that size I'd recommend michelin PS3'S and not a lot else tbh. Unless you can't stretch that far Kumho do some decent ones which are also A rated wet grip and a lot cheaper but don't last as long as the michelins will. ________________________________________ Black power baby! Mine used to just catch the arch liner on the rears but got 11mm spacers which if I remember cured that (my lions are et28) ________________________________________ Proud Member of the ASTOR Owners Club |

Let me know how you find them as I'm Debating some in 225/45/17 or 225/40/18 on my leon. In need of 4 tyres soon and their a good price in both. Got PS3'S and Hankook S1 evo's on it atm but the kumhos are cheaper and it's only a daily.________________________________________ Black power baby!
