Anyone any bright ideas on removing the two securing rings on the engine wiring multiplugs down on the inner passenger front wing?

These...

Use some swan necks on it or mole grips. Give it a squeeze a few times to squash the outer ring so it breaks its bond and spray some wd40 on it. They try and undo it with the swans or tap it round.

They are a pain but do need some force on them.
