I'm thinking about selling my straight cut 3rd and 4th KAD gear set but need to get the box stripped and gears checked over first

Very rare second hand, but you can still buy them from certain places in France, about £5000 not inc diff and depending on euro exchange rate, that's a 6 speed one. There not up to supercharger torque either, good for anything NA though.

How does the Quaife kit compare to the Drenth one?

Quaife isn't a dog box, its a close ratio syncro kit. Andy Robinson used to run one in his btcc 306, seemed to work well enough, but a dog box will give quicker changes.

Do Drenth still make there dog kit? I heard they'd stopped making them.
