they will suffer if the oil is left for a period of timeoil drains and it can start next time with tapping a couple of heat cycles normaly sorts them same can happen if you change grade of oil i had one that rattled its tits on synthetic but was fine on semi |

i took the head off today and all the inlet valves were just touching the pistons and the head has been skimmed right down to the limit markers iv took all the valves out and all look straight but will be getting them checked ________________________________________ tobias |

limit markers? if you mean the casting marks on the head face are gone, it has been skimmed passed its maximum 0.2mm |
