Has anyone around the Leeds area got pug planet software and all the gubbins to interrogate my car with? I'm at the end off tether with a fault and I think this'll be the best way to get to the bottom of it....

Well, it's a long story but basically once warm it won't idle, it's a b**ch to start once it's warm and it seems to be over fuelling. I've changed the icv for a a new marelli one, new cts, new lambda, swapped TPS for a known good one, new map known good vss known good engine loom.... Absolutely at the end of my tether....
*Edit* Compression test when hot came back spot on..... Dunno

Well that's a possibility, to be honest if I don't find anything soon, I'm abandoning the plan of Trackdays before the end of the year and fitting my bodies etc and going aftermarket. It's only getting mapped once so.... Oh steve il pm u now need to pick ur brain!

It was remapped for pt81's by Wayne Schofield before I got the cams and ECU..... But I've no idea what the cams were set to or anything....

They are set up as per the kent website. Yep the for is standard, although it was out of the car for around 12 month so I'm wondering if it's the diaphragm having dried out and cracked up, so I've another on it's way....

So runs fine on closed loop, until its warm and starts using open loop and sensors?
You tried unplugging the lambda, regardless of replacing it could, be a wiring fault.

Or maybe a small vacuum leak that only appears when things start heating up?

Hmm not as yet, it's looking like the ecu is not mapped as I was told it had been when I bought it, no big problem in the grand scheme of things as I'll just put the standard cams in until I've bought an aftermarket ecu.... It's annoying more than anything else. Angry

I ran Newman PH2's for two years without a map and had no issues whatsoever, they're not too dissimilar to a PT81.
