I'm looking for a set of black wheel blots with locking bolts as well.

I'm refurbishing my oz ultraleggeras and the bolts Ive got look tatty and s**t. But I'm not sure what the bolts are that Ive got are.

There tapered 60mm overall length with approx 25mm of thread, its got B5 on the head of the bolt.
I'll be fitting these over an ash 330mm kit

I'm not having any luck searching the net, probably searching the wrong thing Dunno

If some kind person could post a link to what i need that would be marvelous Thumbs up

Cheers Guys.

What about switching to nuts? Last time I looked there was more choice in finishes with nuts rather than bolts

Something like this is probably easier

Problem is with the oz wheels you can see the side of the bolts near the centre of the wheel and the caps dont cover enough of the bolt, it looks silly.

found this out after buying some.

Mine cover the bolt heads completely.

Not the best close up of the bolts but you get the idea.

Only cheap ones from eBay.

Or, find your nearest zinc platers and bung em a tenner to plate your bolts the next time they have some zinc running with a black chromate sealer.

Hmmm, maybe the bolts Ive got are different. Perhaps the head is to long for the cover caps?

Yes the heads of those is about twice as long as the ones my Superleggeras came with. Though I do have to run 26mm spacers as they only made them in ford fitment so the thread of my bolts is a lot longer.

Could look out for some shorter headed bolts?

So from what i understand these should do the job.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/161448265876?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

they have the same amount of thread as the ones i have and are black.

Anyone confirm they are the right fit for the car.

The prices for the set with the mcgards at £70 is a tad high if you think the locking bolts sell for <£40 at Performance Alloys - i didn't check out P&P

Note that you may not like the way they look.

http://www.halfords.com/motoring-travel/car-accessories/locking-wheel-nuts/mcgard-black-edition-security-locking-wheel-bolts-27185sub

You can get those exact bolts for £2 each
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1-M12-X-1-25-BIMECC-BLACK-WHEEL-BOLTS-26MM-FIAT-ALFA-PEUGEOT-CITROEN-/291057958277

Note i'd probably spent another hour trying to save a wee bit more cash! Then waste my savings by losing one of the bolts down a drain or something Wink

cheers mate, Yeah i wasnt to keen on the look of those lockers and atm i cant justify spending that much on bolts. i'll have another look for locking bolt in few weeks.

i bought the ones i put in an earlier post and they look like they will do the job. bout £16 or somin. Will find out tomoz when the wheels go back on the car.

yeah the caps could be an option now ive got the smaller headed bolts, but if i got normal galv lockers there could well be some still on show even with the covers. Unsure

Might end up just spraying the locking bolt then putting a cover on it. Who knows Dunno

Will update the project thread over the weekend.
