Fitting a new clutch and wondering what the correct torque setting is for the six hex bolts that hold the pressure plate on....Haynes manual says 20Nm for '1.8 engines and above' but that seems quite loose?? Anyone know if this is correct?________________________________________ 1999 GTi-6 (china blue)1999 Rallye (black) |

So 20 Nm is correct then. I searched for this as well and nothing came up - handy to have the other torque settings to hand. Cheers guys________________________________________ 1999 GTi-6 (china blue)1999 Rallye (black) |
