I have a Longlife stainless steel exhaust for sale only because I want my car totally standard so it had to go. I have the invoice for the exhaust costing £340, which states "T304 Stainless steel tubing, mid sport tune, 3 inch rolled out tip"

Pictures of it how it came off the car (not cleaned but can if required)

And a picture of it on the car

I was advised the cat needs to be modified for it to fit, I was advice the added to make it a little longer . I wanted to sell with the cat but it went missing from the garage who removed the exhaust.....

I am looking for £90 and can be posted ay buyers expense.

What's the score with the cat modification?
You were advised that it will need to be modified to fit a standard cat, or it was modified to fit when you put it on your car?
I'm interested in the system, bit not if it will be a ball ache to fit!

It looks almost identical to mine on which case the original cat would be modded to make it fit the system, no playing around to fit otherwise. When you take your car on a private racetrack you can switch the cat out for a decay Thumbs up

I’d rather be honest that I don’t know what is required as the cat the system was fitted with went missing from the garage who removed the exhaust (sold more like). I was advised that they had extended the cat to fit the replacement system, but this work was carried out by a previous owner.

Because Phase 3 lids in cherry red are rarer than finding hens teeth in a big pile of rocking horse poo. Not that many Rallye's had the P3 bootlid.

Apologies for spamming the thread....

That's my old car, when I bought it the standard cats end had been chopped off and the system was made from there, I then bought a group n decat and had the system modified to fit the decat as I didn't want it modifying as I wanted to eventually use it on the track car, when I sold the car with the knackered engine it had a standard cat on it and this system.

Not really, i bought it in june 2009 and had it two years, interior was immaculate for a car of its age/milage as you know, must of had a seriousley anal owner because every stone chip was touched up, bonnet was like brail! I only sold it because the engine went and i couldnt find a decent engine within a decent distance and i was about to move into my first home, loved that car.

Had another engine since you had it, was rebuilt and then that one went again so was replaced. I'm currently enjoying her just a few last niggles to sort.
