It came up on one of the Youtube channels I follow. I didn't see if it was actually going into production but if it is then that's going to be a serious piece of kit. Quick Google says it will be a 1.6 turbocharged engine (guess with an electric motor attached) that does 0-60 in 4 seconds ________________________________________ Less than 24 hours to go! |

There's 4 drive modes: 500hp petrol and all electrics, 400hp petrol and rear electrics and fronts when accelerating, 300hp all petrol with tears under acceleration, and zev rear electrics and fronts under heavy load. I may buy a modern car if they make it into production, just a concept car at this stage |

Never going to make it into production would be minimum 150k and don't think that Peugot are likely to sell many at that price ________________________________________ Super high boost Completed, destroyer of gearboxes and 160mph club |

What it promises is in theory quite simple these days but for that price im guessing it would involve pug developing their own 4x4 hybrid system? Don't forget that the engine inside this is probably based on the BMW/PSA Peugeot Citroen 1.6-litre turbo petrol and im pretty sure BMW are looking to release a mini with all-wheel-drive and a clever hybrid system... could they potentially share this? ________________________________________ Just Drive It |

This system wouldn't be much different from the 508 rhy hybrid mixed in with the 308 r engine and chassis. The 508 hybrid wagons here were NZD$90k so 45-50k gbp I mean same engine as before, nothing to suggest much different chassis except wider track, but could be using the electric motor to space it out. They've developed the hybrid system already, I think if production it'll be maybe 100k my money |

If it was that much then they might as well not bother, I doubt many people would ever spend that kind of money on a Peugeot no matter how good it was.________________________________________ Less than 24 hours to go! |
