I'm not sure it's worth it.the mass center is in the front half of the car (somewhere near the firewall i guess), so ditching weight behind that point will move it even further to the front, increasing the pendulum effect when the car loose it's grip ________________________________________ French military victories?Did you mean French military defeats? |

But its front wheel drive so surely it being weight biased to the front would only help with traction on the front? They have a light arse anyway so |

Greater traction for the front wheels, worse for the rear in a car with a forward weight bias. That's not to say it is or isn't worth it though, and we all know the advantages of a lighter car overall. ________________________________________ 61k miles Ph.1 Diablo '6 Project Thread |

Lets say you weigh 100Kgs which distribute evenly, then you took some magical pillthat make you lose all fat only from you'r lower body : legs hips etc. so now you'll weigh just 60Kgs, how stable you'll be when you start to walk on those top model legs supporting 90Kg of upper body of a plump? ________________________________________ French military victories?Did you mean French military defeats? |

If its not going to be a race car then there is no point spending fortunes on race seats. buy some out of date seats if only using for odd trackday , as all seat in rallying have to be in date and only get 5 yrs out of seat , the wings are head restraint and can get smaller ones as on my seatsTwangy has attached the following image: ________________________________________ wayne mcardle |
