Sure was Laugh my ass off Wouldnt take much getting it back like that tho, would only need bumpers, skirts and a bonnet.
Skirts were faded to pink, bonnet is stone chipped to hell along with front bumper but its going to be for track use only soon with the odd weekend use. To be honest the car wasnt really in that good of condition to make it mint anyway.

Well not been giving the rallye much attention these past few week so decided I was fed up of the f**ked driverside wheel bearing so fitted 2 new bearings, painted the front brakes yellow, removed the stickers off the side and gave it a good wash and was.
Booked onto croft for a few sessions on the 22nd august then the car will probably be coming off the road over the winter for a little TLC and some money spent on it. Hopefully get a decent cage in it, good suspension setup and a little engine work, not sure what yet tho? Only time will tell... if I keep it long enough that is LOL

Had a good day down at Croft circuit today. 1st session was pretty wet and slippery but after the time attack lads had been up and dried the track up once i got back out the track was day and could give the car everything without it spinning up or twitching into corners.
Pics to follow

Well was fedup of my middle box blowing so decided to get rid of it all together. Now pretty much just 2.5" straight through to magnex backbox. Not really any louder than it was with middle box in but alot more raspy Smile

That's the rallye now off the road for a little winter tinkering. Maybe Laugh my ass off may see the road again next year. Could do with a car cover or a garage to put it in but not to worry

Now the rallye is off the road i have been working on stripping the interior and wiring from inside the car so i can get it prepped and painted before the weather gets any colder. Think im going for a dark grey inside the car and in the engine bay.
removed the dash and interior loom at the weekend and got rid of any unused wiring and shortened the interior loom to run under the dash instead of under the seats. lost about 2.5-3kg in wiring from inside the car altogether
