I have baker bm mounts right now but I think that the engine moves to much. I want it stiffer..
I've also welded a 3mm thick steel plate at the top engine mount to reduce the movement..

Take a look at this vid and u see what I mean:

Does anyone have any suggestions? Aluminium?

That's not excessive in my opinion for rubber mounts. Is it causing problems?

Sounds excellent Smile

Solid lower mount will help reduce moment ? Could always fabricate fully solid mounts so you get zero moment

Thanks! I think it's more than it should move. I haven't changed the fork bush at the lower engine mount, it might be it..

I don't know if it's the way to go. But I think it looks like the problem is at the lower mount. Have anyone tried a solid mount?

Thanks mate. It's not the operation I'm looking for but I'll save that one for later Wink

The engine in the vid is no more. One of the screws from the trumpets got into the cylinder.. Sad just a couple of week after the mapping.. Now I'm aiming for some more horsepower and dispatchment, maybe 50hp more Wink

But I wasn't satisfied with the movement so that's why I'm asking, the air box rubs to much when the engine moves.
