Been digging around and found an idler for about £18 but cant find a cheap tensioner, belt too..
Anyone? Dont really wanna go down the 'rare rallye aircon delete kit' when any non-AC XU10 (to a point) will do.

If you have the pug part number for the tensioner, ring ECP and they will match it up with the equivalent part, that's how I did it anyway. ________________________________________ Team Running Engine again!Team Negative Camber! Could I ask a favour and you keep the ac pipe that goes from the left of the engine under the fuel lines round the back of the engine into the bulk head. The one with the spring clip. Can send you a pic of required. The reason is I can't get my clip to hold so want to see how it works. Will post back and pay for the loan. Hi guys, Its the idler, and tensioner that is used on non-AC XU10's, like the rallye, 406 etc. MisterGTR: Im afraid i've never had the pipework, the engine is in a 205 im converting it to run a VTS power rack so need the bits to tension the belt and drive the pump. Best ive got so far is about £65 in bits from all over, ebay for all the bits bizarrely... |
