i got a couple of ecu's here that have come off cars that i have broken

where is the best place to get them unlocked?

RichW unlocks them £60 on exchange. Not sure of anyone else that does them

rich do you unlock via flash chip level or do you soft unlock these
is there a posibility of these locking again if plugged into the cars security box?

he won't be soft unlocking that's for sure, anyone can do that by just pulling the ecu out with the ignition active

and then the sellers cut the pins in the ecu plug and pass it off as hard unlocked which its not

The ones I do are hard-unlocked by clearing the immobilizer code from the ECU's processor.
