where is the best place to get them unlocked?

i got a couple of ecu's here that have come off cars that i have brokenwhere is the best place to get them unlocked? |

rich do you unlock via flash chip level or do you soft unlock theseis there a posibility of these locking again if plugged into the cars security box? |
