Depends what your using them for. On the road there is no point, track there is a big improvement and much less fade. Do a search on squeal and pads, G88's and Mintex 1144's I ran before going to 330mm. Only had the occasional squeal when cold ________________________________________ 205 GTi Red - G939 RTU - Died!306 GTi 6 Diablo - Being resurrected! The v6 only weighs 60kg more so not making much difference to the weight with regards to braking. The xantia discs weigh a ton aswell. You'll need alloys to clear the brembos and not all of them to. Only turinis and pr1.2 I have tried but there are others. Seems a bit of a waste just for show, but I think you can never have brakes that are too good. I'm running 330 on a standard engine at the moment! Time will prevail... I am running 16" pr1.2's ________________________________________ 205 GTi Red - G939 RTU - Died!306 GTi 6 Diablo - Being resurrected! Project Thread Looking for: VTS P1 Rack PR1.2 16" |
