Ok I've managed to get both driveshafts off tonight no problem other than i still can't find these locking bolts on the long drive shaft but I have managed to pull it apart (see below) will this be good enough to get the engine out ? ![]() ________________________________________ Old pugs don't die they just get faster |

Today was a good day, it's out old leaky and tappy is now free from the car ![]() ![]() Had to have abit of a de rusting session once the engine was out, quick scrub off with the grinder, treated if with some rust convertor than primed it up ![]() ![]() Going to take the subframe out later and degrease and possibly might be changing the rack to a xsara one ![]() ________________________________________ Old pugs don't die they just get faster |

Cheers How did you shorten it ? I've seen it done somewhere where they shortened to metal loop right back so it just connected the rubber hoses together , or can you just loop one pipe back into the reservoir ? ________________________________________ Old pugs don't die they just get faster |
