Ive bas the car off the road for a few month now
I kept the battery disconnected and turned it over every few weeks or so
I've braught it back out taken it to halfords for a few bits started and drove fine locked and deadlocked the car as usual

On returning to the car there was no responce at all from the key
Changed the battery in the key nothing

Broke into the bonnet to test the battery that's fine
Had to break the rear quarter window to get back in

But now the car won't start

Anyone any ideas?

you need to de-activate the alarm, that means you need the fob and central locking to work.

check the fuses.

I believe I'm correct in saying you wouldn't get to the (accessory?) stage without the immobilisor being deactivated.

Whilst you wait, it wouldn't hurt to pull each fuse one at a time and check they are all in tact.

    Update,..

Turned out to be the fuse
My suspisions are that rear wiper relay is to blame
I kept having trouble with it getting wet then blowing fuses
I put a 5amp fuse in place of the one that blew
And that blew strait away so put a slightly higher voltage fuse to get me home
    Tomo new quarter window Dry
