hi everybody ,thought this was a good time to become member as layed up feeling sorry for myself after falling 13 foot from ladder and smashing my right lower leg in 3 separate place , so have plenty of time to tell about my 306 rallye project ,wich is on going ,bourght T520KBA of a mate ,it was a low mileage 306 rallye ,to be quiet honest was to good to turn into track car but needed something to play about with after getting rid of my group A escort cosworth________________________________________ wayne mcardle |

so far thi is what ive done to it ,all seats and sound deadening and unecessarys removed ,lexan side and rear screen fitted ,group A tarmac bilsteins allround , OMP cage and door bars fitted with extra rear cage work , PTS tubular wishbones , adjustable top mounts , competition engine mounts , 5 speed C/R gearbox 4.4 CWP ,tranx plate diff ,fully aeroquipped ,carbon seats ,6 point belts ,tank guard ,flocked dash ,carbon door cards and quarters ,will add photos and more speck of car as going along________________________________________ wayne mcardle |

car runs on speedline alloys as in picture ,also C5 wheels and compomotive , it uses Dunlop cr311 all round x22 on rear as give great grip and is only getting dragged round,and Michelin wet for when raining ,all 15" as find can get heat in tyres quicker________________________________________ wayne mcardle |

Looks a good project. I'll keep an eye on this.I expect you may get a lot of interest if you can do carbon bits. Could be a good little money spinner ________________________________________ See the sheer power and might of the lesser known burrowing owl. |
