my dad has a 3310 and plays snake on it when he has a free minute. he regularly only gets 1 bar of signal due to the masts most likely not being supported but he swears it's everyone elses bad reception all the time

I remember having a sticker on the back of mine that would flash when your phone was about the ring. Favourite was leaving it next to my hifi speaker so I could hear an incoming call on it's way.

That, and when I learnt that a call less than a couple of seconds long was FOC. Would take it in turns ringing friends with quick one second questions and answers about what time we were hitting the snooker hall on a Saturday morning.

Aftermarket phone covers bought from markets which didn't quite clip properly and made the buttons s**t, I don't miss them.

Seeing as we're reminiscing, does anyone remember back when you reliably got thread update notifications? I'd give up my Hello Kitty phone cover to have that back.

Glad it's two pages now, thugs used up all my iPad data allowance loading those poxy speedo pictures

I've had a couple of random email notifications but nothing reliably. What's happened to the forum software to break it all?

It's a server issue, I checked everything my end and it's not like it's trying to send but getting denied due to spam filters or anything, it's just that it can't be arsed to send emails every now and again. Tried talking to Judith about it but she doesn't like talking shop when we're at dinner.

Because a phone now a days is to busy try to connect to every wifi about and try to send you emails that you don't want
Not be a phone and have signal
