Have many members used these guys?

I was drawn in by their easy to use website and competitive pricing.

Ordered a pair of ball joints for the HDi and they arrived today.

The boxes were superficially damaged which isn't a major concern obviously, although slightly disappointing.

In that pic I've straightened it out. The inner flaps either end look like they've been thumbed a thousand times.

The heartbreak came from when I tipped on out, complete with a bag of fixings and then shook the other out and found no fixings, and signs that the joint had been previously sent out, popped on a car, to then presumably find it wasn't correct or something. Either way it's been returned and that frustrates me.

Obviously once it's bunged on it makes no difference what so ever as it's not split or noticeably knackered, but the fact the fixings aren't there means I can't continue the job so I decided to complain. We'll see how that goes.

I've used them many times and always never received any damaged goods, I even missed a discount code once and only noticed after I had ordered, I called them and they were perfect about it, cancelled the order and put a new one through with the code.

Just realised the dirty one is a 16mm item (I ordered 2 18mm ones) - so it would appear someone found that out part way through fitting and returned it.

Yeah they are both numbered the same so it's not the order pickers fault. When someone returned it they either didn't explain to the company the confusion or they just put it back into stock without seeing a problem with it.
