Morning all. Smile

Just wondered if there was anyone around the Birmingham area that could fit a cambelt and water pump on my 6.

A mate was meant to do it, but he's had a few 'issues' and I don't want to bother him right now.

Would be much appreciated.

Will I be able to do the whole job with a Philips screw-driver, a hammer, and a wallpaper stripper?

Wow, cheers, appreciate that. Not sure it'd be worth you time, with all the travelling.

Just waiting for a quote from a local garage.

Really? Sweet. Gonna have a word with my mate who was originally going to do it, but I may take you up on that offer. Smile

i'd save the money and just run it for another 50k on the same cambelt and when it finally breaks, prices will have plummeted even more so a full rebuilt engine will only be £60 by then. no brainer

Cheers, Rikky. +1.

My iphone charging socket's just broke. I'm just going to microwave it because I hear this will re-charge the battery.
God, I love the internet and the helpful advice on it.
