I've killed my daily so I'm potentially looking for something to run around in. We all know how heroic 306s are, so naturally I'd be partial to another.

Things I don't like.

Ph1's (unless Cossack)
Blaze
Cars with s**t modifications
Very high milers
Awful condition
Moonstone
Black Rallyes (sorry)

I don't really have a set budget. If it's the right car at the right price I could be tempted. I don't want to travel 500 miles as I'm lazy like that. Some cars are worth travelling for, but there's plenty of cars about and I will probably lose interest in whatever it is come the spring when I use my 205 again anyway. Whatever I buy I'd expect to have a decent ticket left on it. I want something I can get it and use, rather than pamper.

There may be someone out there contemplating selling who hasn't advertised - that's what this is for really. Obviously I'll be keeping an eye out within the For Sale section.

Thanks Lecktorious, but I wouldn't be prepared to travel that far for a 306, just couldn't justify over a 1/4 of the value of a car in travelling costs! If they were few and far between and high value it would be different.

Andy, I must say your car did have me thinking for a split second Moonstone is acceptable when clean, but I don't keep cars clean.

Jason - It's got a decent interior though eh LOL

Fair enough mate. I would point out though that you the train can be a cheaper option if you book ahead and don't mind sitting about for hours. I got down to Wales for less than £50 Smile

I'd personally never book in advance for a car viewing as a vehicle can very quickly become unavailable. With the fare and fuel back, as I say it would outweigh the benefit of travelling - plus if it wasn't as described arses would be severely kicked LOL

To be honest it stays clean very easy, not like black or darker colours.
Will have had a fair bit done by the time I come to sell.
Moonstone was never my favourite colour, but it's kinda grown on me.
