Hi guys, I'm in the market for some new pro race 1.2's. I want to buy them in direct fitment so I'm after advice on what I need.

Am i right in thinking 4x100 15 inch 7J et15? I'll be running 195 tyres. Also what type of wheel bolts do i need as well? Any help is much appreciated thanks.

I'm getting them as they're lightweight Chris and look nice. 16's are gay unless you have the brakes to fill them. Nimrods are for a girls car like the 206 or nanstone 306 Wink xx

LOL didn't realise you're going for 15's, that's even worse Thumbs up

16's are what the 6 should have come from the factory with Yes

Nimrods are heavy you're right there, but they look epic Love




But its cool if you wana make your 6 just like every other, doesn't bother me! XxX

15's being worse in what sense? They're lighter and better for handling so it shows how little you know Thumbs up

Clones look better than nimrods so keep your nimrods to gather a bit more dust LOL

Anyway it's not a for sale thread i am looking for advice on what i need so unless your going to provide assistance to this thread do one Wave

Yummy I do like that!!!! Are They gloss finish? What wheel bolts lol I need to know about bolts? I'm buying direct fitment.

Wheel bolts These will do with direct fit. I have ford offset with 20mm spacers and longer bolts. I think its about a 27mm thread length on standard offset.

Yeah there gloss finish. They were mint until the missus kerbed 2 of them Angry

I have been thinking about selling mine but would need to find a replacement set of wheels 1st. Wouldnt mind a set of Compomotive CXRs Cool

Taper seat bolts you need, if you are buying new they will come with the alloys from Rimstock Wink

But on the 1.2 the bolt holes are small, so if you use the supplied bolts you have to be very carefull you don't scratch the wheel with your socket.

search ebay for 'tuner' style bolts, they are internal drive.

1.2's are my pet hate to be honest. Their more common than cyclones.....

OZ Superleggeras are a nicer design and much less common also very lightweight. If not I'd go for some compomotives in 15" or pro race 3's.

But yes 4x 108 ET15 65.1mm etc etc and probably 17mm head tapered wheel bolts will do the trick. The company you buy the wheels from if new will be able to supply some.

Superlegera are very nice i agree but a bit out of my price range Sad much difference in weight at all? 1.2's are common I'm just looking for a bit of weight saving with the added better turn in.

I'm not sure I'm a fan of pro race 3's.

Are clones 9kg bare? And 1.2's 6kg bare iirc?

Ultralegera's are what you want as they are direct fit where Superlegera are ford fitment. I still like 1.2s over them tho. What about a set of 15x8.25 XXR alloys? I have been looking at getting rid of my 1.2s for a set to be honest.
