Iv tried using the dust covers off some other rear dampers but the gaz ones are a larger diameter body, any one know where to get some that will fit the gaz damper?

    Gaz don't do them. I asked them and they said they don't need them, I then asked if I damaged them or they went rusty and fooked would they replace them? They said they would!

    They do sell them as I bought a pair direct. Technically the wiper prevents ingress but you can go belt and braces.

    They told me they didn't! Mine have been fine without although it isn't a road car

    The plating GAZ use on their shock bodies is terrible, mind are barely used and it's flaking off in great chunks. They should do something a little harder wearing.
