Have for sale my omex 710 ecu and gti180 engine loom modified for a 205 conversion, from a working car, was fully mapped at noble motorsport.

Have paperwork from mapping somewhere.

Map alone was £4-500 iirc, ecu is £1000 new.

£800.

Right i really need this gone so what i will do is include a COMPLETE ENGINE AND GEARBOX!

This had a new headgasket, inlet and exhaust gaskets and new cambelt kit and waterpump, all genuine peugeot items, only thing i havent done is timed it up as didnt have the crank locking tool.

Since it was built up it was stored under tarpauling but unfortunately moisture has got under it so engine has pitted and would probarbly need stripping back down incase any mousture has got inside, it might be fine but might not, but i will do the whole lot for £800 so worth the gamble, really is a bargain at this price, i just need it gone to free up some cash.

So what you get...

Omex 710 fully mapped
Full modified gti180 witing loom
Modified driveshafts
Engine mounts
Complete gti180 engine and gearbox (selector on gearbox is damaged so would need a new one of these)

£800

I think the worry for me is that there appears to be a few bespoke parts, and thus if something breaks, it can get expensive.

There are also very few 180 conversions, so little is known about them and if there are any inherent problems.

No problems mate, mine ran for years with zero issues, and not really any bespoke parts, engine mounts are simple and driveshafts are just 180 inners and 1.9 outers

Any pictures? What's the milage of the engine? What do you mean by pitted? Would you be able to do a compression test?

Can you put in on a pallet for a courier pick-up?

The exterior of the engine is a bit pitted, mileage was 44k iirc, cant do a compression test as the cambelt needs timing up so cant turn it over by hand. Yes i would be able to pallet everything up for a courier to collect.

probably not a lot if it goes in a 205, after all the mounts all fit the same. probably just need to look at the driveshafts and various mounting of parts in the bay more than anything
