As far as I know, standard cams have lift of 0.8mm at TDC. Piper specifies timing of 1.83mm of lift at TDC. So with making piston pockets 1mm deeper, they should work on standard pistons.
These cams are for use with hydraulic lifters (H - in the in the name, not be confused with just 285 - which require solid lifters).

I checked your project thread and you use PT81. Piper BP285H are similar to PT81 so I guess I can get similar performance compared to your setup ?

Do you use standard pistons in your setup or aftermarket forged items with PT81 ? It's written that standard pistons have to skimmed 1mm. Which aftermarket pistons will be compatible with BP285H ?

Yes, BP285H are very similar to PT81. As I already have PT81s - I don’t need these.

For pistons, the easiest thing is to modify standard pistons by deepening valve cut-outs. As far as I know, 1mm is the maximum that can be done safely and provides enough space to time up these cams.
For aftermarket pistons, off the shelf - Wossner; custom: Iasa, JE, Wiseco.
