Very smart, I really like them in white. Is that a 40mm drop?

There 50mm springs on the front which have lowered it around 40mm and the rear done to match.

Although it looks like it sits well, by using a -50 spring and standard length strut, you may find it a bit crashy.

Any lower than -30, and most of us tend to use the b6 struts, as they are shorter

Sorry yes, b8s. most of us go with eibachs, and use b6s on the rear

Genuinely curious, what does your MOT tester say about those plates each year? Do you swap them for legal ones before hand or does the tester simply risk some kind of VOSA penalty for passing the car?

I'd fail that straight away. First thing that must be correct on a car is plates. Anything else like a bulb could go the second you move the car out the workshop. A lot of things are only applicable at time of test. But plates are the first thing you could get pulled up on.

So what will you do when mr plod pulls you for illegal plates? Always something that baffles me the amount of dodgy plates there are going around...
